Grainy Hue is an independent visual studio focused on 3D animation, real-time visuals, BL narrative motion graphics, cinematic art and original IP visual production. We work quietly, on a limited number of projects at a time, so every frame receives the attention it deserves.
The studio takes its name from two commitments: the subtle grain of cinematic image-making, and a careful attention to hue — colour as narrative material.
Seth Liao
Seth is a director, 3D artist and technologist. He founded Grainy Hue to focus on cinematic 3D storytelling and original IP, and HueLab.tech to build the AI-assisted tools and render pipelines the studio uses every day.
